What treatments are available at Chandee Silom?
The full Chandee menu, our signature 17-step Vietnamese head spa, facial treatments, aroma oil massage, Thai massage, kids spa, and signature packages including the Chandee Master Course and Half-Day Retreat. Every treatment on our menu is available at Silom.
Can I come with a group of friends?
Yes, and Silom is great for small groups. Our main head spa room with star ceiling, has 4 beds side by side, so groups of 3 or 4 can enjoy the head spa together in the same room. For larger parties, book ahead so we can arrange the best setup for you.
For larger groups 4+, we recommend our Sukhumvit 39 location, as we have there 10 head spa beds available.
Is there a private room for couples?
We have one private couple room at Silom, allocated automatically based on your treatment. Couples booking the Half-Day Retreat or treatments that include a shower are placed in this room as part of the experience. It cannot be booked separately, but if you are visiting as a couple, just let us know when booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.
In case you want to book a private or couple room, please book your treatment at our Sukhumvit 39 location.
Are showers available at Chandee Silom?
Yes. One private room has an ensuite shower, used for treatments that include it as part of the service. We also have a seperate shower-room available for all guests to use.
Our head spa treatments include a full hair wash and blow-dry with our Dyson styling tools, so most guests leave feeling completely refreshed without needing a separate shower.
How private are the head spa beds?
The head spa beds in our main room are separated by curtains, giving you your own comfortable space during the treatment.
For full-room privacy, our private VIP rooms are available for facial, aroma oil, and Thai massage treatments (not for head-spa as they require special beds).
In case you prefer a private single and couple rooms we recommend visiting our Sukhumvit 39 location.
How do I get to Chandee Silom?
We are one minute on foot from BTS Chong Nonsi, Exit 3, look for Mahanakhon Skywalk next door.
By car, park at Mahanakhon Cube or on the road in front of the salon.
By Grab, tell the driver BTS Chong Nonsi next to Mahanakhon Tower.
What floor are the treatment rooms on?
Our treatment rooms are spread across the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors. Please note there is no lift, if you have difficulty with stairs, our Sukhumvit 39 branch has a lift available and may be a more comfortable choice.
How do I book at Chandee Silom?
Book via our booking page, WhatsApp, or LINE @chandee. Walk-ins are welcome but we recommend booking 1-2 days ahead for head spa treatments, especially on weekends.

I did a 90-minute head spa + aroma oil combination, in a room with starlit lights. After the 30-minute aroma oil massage, the massage bed transforms directly into the head spa setup, so the whole treatment feels cohesive and thoughtful. The staff including front desk, therapists and lady boss were all very friendly and warm. Even before we went for the treatment, from email reservation till WhatsApp replies, they were very prompt and accommodating.
