Chandee (ฉันดี) means “I feel good” in Thai. It’s also a blend of our names -Chananchida (Katai) and Dennis- and honors Katai’s father. When you visit Chandee, we want you to leave feeling exactly that: good
Why We Created Chandee
We are passionate massage lovers. For years, we visited spas across Asia, always forming opinions on what made an experience truly special and what fell short.
We even developed a little game: the tip we each left secretly communicated to the other how good the experience was.
“We didn’t just want to visit that perfect place – we wanted to create it.”
That’s how Chandee was born. A place defined by the right interior, the perfect scent, impeccable cleanliness, the best massages and genuine kindness.
Bangkok's Original Sleep Salon - Vietnamese Head Spa & Full Body Massage
We fell in love with the Vietnamese head spa technique – the gentle water flow, the soothing scalp massage, the way it made us feel completely renewed.
But we noticed something at other head spas: the experience often felt unfinished, focused only on the head. We believed in a head-to-toe journey of relaxation.

Meet Katai & Dennis
Thai, with proud Isan roots. Her deep knowledge of the massage world shaped every detail of the Chandee experience. She may be only 1.50m tall, but her heart and smile are as big as you can imagine. She is the glue that holds Chandee together.
Dutch, moved to Thailand over 10 years ago. He brings an eye for perfection, customer experience and a love for clean, sophisticated design. The starry ceiling? That was his idea. He’ll happily share his favorite Bangkok hidden gems.

I got the 90 minute head spa and it was absolutely perfect. The staff is very friendly and professional. The massage was amazing and relaxing, they even blow dried and styled my hair. I have long and naturally very curly hair so I am always a bit nervous for people to wash and blow dry my hair, but the Chandee staff was great. They took the time to straighten my hair, (which is not easy) and it looks great.
