When you book massage or head spa treatments at Chandee
please review our booking policies below to ensure a smooth experience.
Booking Confirmation
After you submit your booking request, please wait for a confirmation email or message from us. Our Chandee team will get back to you promptly.
Deposits
A small deposit secures your time slot, so we can prepare everything perfectly for your arrival: your head spa bed, your preferred therapist, and the calm atmosphere you deserve.
- For bookings with more than 2 people we may request a deposit or full payment.
- For bookings for 120 minutes or longer we may request a deposit or full payment.
Payment Methods
We accept cash, credit cards, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. Please note that American Express is not accepted.
Late Arrival
If you arrive 15 minutes late or more without informing us, your booking may be cancelled.
