We want your Chandee experience to begin the moment you book, not just when you walk through our doors. That’s why we’ve made our payment process simple, secure, and transparent.

A small deposit secures your time slot, so we can prepare everything perfectly for your arrival: your private room, your preferred therapist, and the calm atmosphere you deserve.

How it works
How do I pay for my booking?

After you contact us and we confirm your preferred treatment, date, and time, we’ll send you a secure Omise Payment Link via WhatsApp, LINE, or email.

The link clearly shows the exact amount before you pay. Simply click, choose your payment method, and you’re done. No app download required.

All payments are protected by 3D Secure for your safety.

Our head spa beds and private rooms are in high demand, we’re often booked 1-2 days in advance. A deposit (typically ฿1,000 – ฿2,000) ensures we can reserve your exact time slot and prepare everything for your arrival.

For longer treatments, couple packages, or peak periods, we may request full prepayment.

Absolutely. We use Omise, Thailand’s leading payment gateway, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest security standard in the payments industry.

Chandee never sees or stores your card details. Everything is encrypted and processed directly by Omise’s secure systems.


Cancellations & Refunds
What is your cancellation policy?

The Short Version

More than 24 hours notice? Full refund or free reschedule.
12-24 hours notice? 50% refund or reschedule with ฿300 fee.
Less than 12 hours or no-show? No refund.

We understand plans change, life happens! The more notice you give us, the more flexibility we can offer.

If you’re eligible for a refund, we’ll process it back to your original payment method through Omise within 7-14 business days. For credit/debit card payments, the exact timing depends on your bank.

Prefer to reschedule instead? We’re happy to move your booking to a new date — just let us know.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person. All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date.

Please message us as soon as possible! If you’re only a few minutes late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. For longer delays, your treatment time may be shortened, or we may need to reschedule to avoid impacting other guests.

We understand that emergencies and illness happen. In exceptional circumstances, we’re happy to discuss full refunds or rescheduling on a case-by-case basis. Just reach out and let us know what’s going on, we’ll do our best to help.

How do you use my personal information?

We only use your information to:

  • Manage your bookings and communicate about your appointments
